Legal And Law
The role of the public prosecutor is to act as the government prosecutor in cases of criminal offenses; he or she is primarily acting on behalf of society in general.
In the USA the public prosecutor is commonly referred to as the District Attorney (DA) who is the main law enforcement officer within the judicial department of government. He or she will act in criminal cases on behalf of the government in crimes committed against society.
Since politicians are elected by the people (society), and it is the politicians who make and pass the laws, then in effect the law is written by the people. The laws of society are then protected against violation by an appointed lawyer. This lawyer is known as the public prosecutor.

As defined by the relevant constitution the main role of a Prime Minister is to lead the elected government by being chairman of the appointed cabinet, and acting as the spokesperson for the nation at large.
In a monarchy the Prime Minister must obtain the ‘permission’ of the monarch prior to the government implementing any major pieces of legislation which will have a direct impact on the nation. He or she is expected to consult with the monarch and give advice about state occasions given for foreign dignitaries.
An important role the Prime Minister must have is to project the thoughts and visions the current government has for beneficial change to the nation in dealing with issues both related to its policies at home, and the way it conducts itself in international affairs.

Legal And Law
A jury is usually composed of twelve citizens who decide the verdict of legal cases which have been presented to them in a court of law. The judge represents the law and makes sure the meaning of the law is followed. In any court trial the prosecutor acts to protect the interests of both the legal system and society. The defense acts to protect the interests of the defendant and ensure that the defendant’s innocence is assured unless proven otherwise. It is the role of a jury to hear the evidence presented by both the prosecution and the defense, to weigh up the facts presented, and decide on the guilt or innocence of the defendant. The jury has the responsibility of deciding upon the validity of the evidence presented by both counsels, and although composed of twelve people each individual is in effect acting as a judge. So the duties of any individual juror and the jury as a whole are very serious, and not to be taken lightly. The jury has to contemplate their decision of guilt or non-guilt very deeply since once the decision has been reached and presented it cannot be reversed. If one juror disagrees with the majority decision, the jury has to discuss the case again until a unanimous verdict is reached. The judge cannot pass any sentence unless all members of the jury are in agreement. Every member of the jury must exercise common sense in carrying out their responsibilities when interpreting the evidence being presented. In most cases juries can rely on the judge to carry out his or her role with complete impartiality, and not feel that the guidance of the judge is biased in any way. The jury should act prudently and exercise good judgment throughout the whole court hearing.

In these days of much increased security at both entry and exit points at the borders of most countries much attention has been paid to issuing passports which cannot easily be faked.
Certainly in the USA and a technique followed by many other countries is the introduction of E- passports. These ‘electronic’ passports have a microchip inserted in which is embedded much biometric information relevant to the owner of the passport; hence the role of biometrics in passport technology is to increase national security.
Biometric data is obtained by taking detailed dimension of facial features such as the length of you nose or ear lobes. The iris of the eye can be measured and the details of this eye part are as individual as fingerprints.

The prime role of parents in child raising has essentially not changed since humans became humans millions of years ago. The basic role of parents is to provide care, nourishment, and shelter for the child until such time as the child can fend for itself in a responsible manner.
The birth of a new born is naturally a joy for any couple and often their immediate family, during the first couple of months the baby will do little but sleep and feed under the care primarily of the mother, though the father will show a ‘peeping’ interest also.

Most people are familiar with the frog. It is a small amphibious creature. It has no tail, and propels itself by using its rear legs for hopping or jumping.
Frogs live partly in water and partly on land, and due to the ability of their skin to absorb moisture have no need to drink water. They are a cold blooded animal and their body temperature is controlled by their immediate surroundings.
Part of their physiology is to have webbed feet. The role of the webbed feet is to help them swim while in water by adopting a pushing action. The webbed feet also have small suction devices on the toes which give the frog the ability to climb on rocky surfaces.

An enzyme is a protein specifically designed to play a part in controlling biochemical reactions.
Enzymes may be broken into two classes; the enzymes which control metabolic processes, and enzymes involved in the digestive processes. The role of enzymes is to assist in all of the metabolic systems of the body.—
- The supply of energy to the body.
- The digestive system.
- Blood purification.
- Waste disposal.
Enzymes are vital to the overall health of our bodies. They work without any external energy supply and are responsible for determining the rate at which chemical reactions take place in our bodies. Enzymes behave in a very specific way and react only to specific substances.

The human body is a wonderfully complex mechanism, but despite this there are certain nutrients which are vital to its well being and over all health, which are not naturally produced by the body and require an external dietary source. These are referred to as essential nutrients.
It may that the physiology of our primate ancestors did not require such nutrients in their diet so we have evolved without their natural production within our make up. Nevertheless without these essential nutrients we would soon suffer from malnutrition. So the role of essential nutrients plays a tremendous part in the human function.—
